Cancellation of an order

Orders shipped the same day: Orders shipped the same day must be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. Cancellations more than 30 minutes late will not be accepted. Because we start preparations immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

Scheduled delivery orders: For orders shipped on schedule (Delivery scheduled for a future date) Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
